[This is such nice and well intentioned advice, but it doesn't exactly work the way it's meant to.]
I know how to. . . use my power to hurt others. So. . . if there's a solution, and it means someone powerful has to be hurt, maybe I'm the one who has to do that?
...your power can be used to help others too, right? I don't think it's about you being hurt either. [it's not working and that's okay, he'll just keep going.]
Help others. . . ? [That sounds familiar somehow. He nods, because he's not sure that's right for this situation, either, but it's less distressing, at least.]
I don't know what to do. If a person is going to hurt my family, I need to be able to stop that person.
There are two ways to stop a person. You either overpower them, or you help them understand that what they're doing is wrong and defeat them that way. Seems to me you'd get more out of the latter, you know? Otherwise then someone will be upset that you hurt the person who was going to hurt your family and then it continues without stopping.
[This is probably terrible advice for dealing with the specific situation of an evil organization that possibly burned your house down and kidnapped your family, and yet in this precise situation it would happen to be good advice.]
Help them understand. . . [Whether or not Mob knows it would actually help, he wants that to be right. Looking at himself.] I know how to overpower someone. I'm not sure I know how to do the other way.
[it's also terrible advice for an organization that's busy trying to steal your heart and/or use you as a vessel to help destroy all the worlds but hey, sometimes it happens. it's what he knows how to do best.]
If you're not sure how to do something, then you ask for help. Easy. That's why I'm saying you've gotta take a step back, relax a little and let us help you. Even with your powers you shouldn't have to do things yourself.
["can't" is another word here but hm. he's now really, really curious what the hell mob's powers let him do.] Plus you don't know how the Realm's gonna respond. You won't be able to get out of here if something unexpected happens while you're trying to overpower it.
[Even though he's upset, he's not upset at anyone here.]
I'm not going to let something like that happen. So please don't worry about something like that.
[So - he'll step back a little, maybe. And stop trying to push. If the only outcomes of pushing are either nothing happens or he hurts someone, then. . .]

I'm not worried. But I am glad to hear you say that.
