I used to have nightmares like that. That someone would come after me for my abilities... but it was mostly me getting exiled, or something like that... not... world domination. I'm not sure ice is really on that level of danger...
The first other ESPer I met was Hanazawa-kun. And he later told me it was important to keep your abilities secret so those guys - Claw - won't track you down.
But I never really told anyone anyway, because people aren't interested in things like that.
