[ Well. Vezda's certainly made the mistake of thinking Mob is too naive to understand things before. He still kind of defaults to thinking that way, but, well. Between his temper tantrum after Kano's death and seeing Mob's gruesome memory, he at least knows that his first instincts about Mob aren't necessarily right. ]

[ still, though. He feels like he owes Mob some last piece of advice. Even if he's not really all that wise himself. He just--Mob's got his heart in the right place, but Vezda would hate for it to be taken advantage of. Both for Mob's sake and anyone else's.
So he fiddles with his hands a little trying to think of something helpful he could say, before finally sighing heavily. ]
Just. Try not to assume the best of everything and everyone all the time. Not everyone's as kind as you are, and they'll just take advantage of it if you're not prepared for it.

I've been taken advantage of before, and I'll try not to let it happen again. But I've met more people like you, who want to help me, than the other kind.
